Greenview at Presidential is a development of 103 luxury single-family homes in a 104-acre gated community located in Aventura, Florida. The project transforms a former golf course into a sophisticated residential setting, featuring 4, 5, or 6-bedroom homes ranging in size from 3,455 to 4,677 square feet, many featuring the innovative NextGen® “home within a home” suite for multigenerational families.

Construction has already begun, and the first homes are expected to be completed by the end of 2025, with the first phase scheduled for completion in 2026.
