With only between 50 and 72 residences — from studios to 3–5 bedroom lofts in the middle or a full floor — it offers a private, opulent and exclusive experience. Each residence, from 3000 to 6000 ft² (~279–557m²), has 360° east-west terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, 10–11ft ceilings, and chef-style kitchen, designed by Mario Carbone with Wolf, Sub-Zero and Cornufe teams. The interior design by Charles &co brings a warm and sophisticated European aesthetic, while the Enzo Enea gardens and a distinctive bronze facade position the building as a modern icon.
